Why people stay.
Peacock-led delivery.
Strategy, design, and engineering are led in-house. You see a project from the first conversation through to launch.
Real responsibility.
Last month a junior designer shipped a brand identity for a healthcare startup. That kind of ownership is normal here.
Global exposure.
You will work with clients in the US, UK, Europe, the UAE, and Singapore.
Flexible hours.
We look at the work, not the clock. People have worked from Goa, Himachal, and Bali.
Learning budget.
₹50,000 a year for courses, books, and conferences.
Health insurance.
Coverage for you and your family.
24 days off.
Plus public holidays. Rested people make better work.
Room to decide.
You will have a clear owner for your work, and room to decide how to do it. We hire people who like that kind of trust.
