Acceptable Use Policy.

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for using the web applications, software, and hosting environments developed or maintained by Peacock India.

Clients and end-users may not use our developed platforms to: distribute malware or malicious code; engage in phishing or identity theft; host explicit, illegal, or heavily restricted content; or participate in activities that violate local or international laws.

Attempting to bypass security mechanisms, reverse-engineer proprietary platforms, or intentionally overloading servers (DDoS) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of hosting services.

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this policy and may suspend or terminate services without refund if a client is found to be in breach of these acceptable use guidelines.
