1. Third-Party AI Services
Peacock India frequently integrates third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) models and automation tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Make, Zapier) into client projects.
We are not liable for changes in pricing, API deprecations, service outages, or modifications to terms of service enacted by these third-party providers post-launch.
2. AI Output Accuracy (Hallucinations)
Generative AI models can occasionally produce inaccurate, biased, or nonsensical outputs (commonly known as 'hallucinations'). Peacock India implements safeguards and prompt engineering best practices, but we do not guarantee the 100% factual accuracy of AI-generated content.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated outputs, especially in legal, medical, financial, or highly sensitive contexts.
3. Automation Failures
While we build robust automated workflows, APIs can fail due to external factors. Peacock India is not liable for financial losses, missed leads, or data discrepancies caused by unexpected third-party API failures or rate limits.
