EduTinker.
Redesigning the digital classroom for everyone involved

Introduction
EduTinker runs the school day for students, teachers, parents, and administrators. The product had grown so many tools that everyday tasks took too many steps.
The Challenge
EduTinker had the features. What it didn't have was usability. Students found the interface confusing. Teachers struggled to navigate between administrative tasks and content delivery. Parents couldn't find the information they needed about their children's progress. School administrators saw a product that was powerful but painful to use.
User research revealed the platform tried to do everything for everyone without organizing the experience around how people actually use it.
Our Solution
We partnered with EduTinker to redesign and develop the complete digital platform: user research foundation with interviews and usability testing; redesigned information architecture organized around user roles; simplified navigation reducing steps to complete common tasks; modern interfaces feeling like the tools people use in their daily lives; and scalable architecture supporting growth without degrading performance.
The Roadmap
Building a strong brand involves moving through defined stages.
User Research
Interviews and usability testing with students, teachers, and administrators.
Information Architecture
Reorganizing the platform around user roles for focused experiences.
Visual Design
Creating modern interfaces that feel like the tools people use daily.
Development
Scalable web development supporting growth without degrading performance.
Role-Based Architecture
Platform reorganized so students, teachers, parents, and administrators each see what they need: clear, focused experiences.
Simplified Navigation
Common tasks reduced to one or two steps: teachers post assignments in two taps, parents check grades in one click.

Key Outcomes
Our platform's user interface was a major struggle for us until VT Shreeram stepped in. He took our complex interface and simplified it beautifully. Now, our target audience of teachers actually enjoys using the software every day. As a result, student engagement has improved dramatically. Finally, we found someone who truly understands the EdTech space and delivers user experience solutions that serve real school community needs.
