The Challenge
Building a roadside assistance app means solving problems under pressure. The user isn't browsing leisurely; they need help now. Every second of friction in the booking process feels like an eternity when you're standing on a dark shoulder.
The app needed to work immediately for anyone, regardless of technical skill. It had to handle GPS-based location detection that works in areas with poor signal. Real-time service tracking that updates reliably. Emergency request management that connects customers with the nearest available service provider.
Our Solution
We designed and developed the complete Torc mobile application: GPS-based location detection identifying the user's location automatically even in weak signal areas; real-time service tracking with customers watching providers approach in real-time; emergency request management with single-tap emergency flow capturing vehicle details and location; intuitive navigation putting the most critical actions first; simplified booking experience streamlined into minimal steps; and service provider matching connecting customers with the nearest available provider.
